For learning HACKING you have to be very good at programming first. You have to have a firm knowledge on various programming languages. For example: C, C++, C#, Java, Python etc.
Remember every hacker is a programmer but every programmer is not a hacker.
My advise to you is, you should not try to hack into anything even after learning how to hack. Its mostly bad and very dangerous (I am not saying hacking is always bad, many IT companies keep hackers to see how much their program or softwares are secure). Well, if you are talking about Web Application Hacking you have to have a clear (very clear) knowledge about how servers work, TCP/IP, how a web app works.
Moreover, you have to have knowledge about at least basic PHP,JS and SQL Language. You will hardly find "A to Z" hacking guide on the net. But you will definitely find some very much valuable resources.

Forgot to tell one thing! At first you have to learn How to use search engines(not joking). I can assume you know almost nothing about the Power of search engines(really not joking)! If you have any questions I will be happy to answer
