What do you think about domestic performance of Shahriar Nafees and return of Ashraful with his two hundreds in DPL this season?
Is there any Alternative to Shakib-Tamim?
Why aren't we getting any another Shakib- Tamim in Bangladesh cricket?
Is the mismanagement in domestic infrastructure responsible for this, or political issues are influencing this problem?
What's about the issue of experienced players like Ashraful, Shahriar Nafees, Alok Kapali- who are still performing great on field?

I don't think Ashraful can cope up
as, his age is almost the edge of retirement age, but I really want to see both of them back together.

Shariar Nafees is performing regularly in Domestic Cricket. He himself asked the selectors why he is not being considered. He is one of the classic player I think. He could be a replacement of Soumya.

Alternative to Shakib is yet not found. He is extraordinary, finding some one like him is  tough. Reason of not founding new talent is we are giving chance to New Players very quickly. They need to be more experienced before playing an International Match.

Moreover the Infrastructure of our Domestic Cricket is very different thats why they hardly shine in the International Match. The Pitch, Outfield, playing condition etc should be same as International Match Condition.

Bangladesh team future will be very difficult as there is no alternative of Shakib-Tamim-Mushi-Mahmudullah.  Board should cread second hand.

Shahriar Nafees is a regular performer in the domestics.
He should have been back in the test squad by this time.

There's almost no chance that nafees or ashraful can return to National. It's rumored that Nafees has problem with some "senior" players and there's a fitness issue too. Ashraful Can come back but he has to show some very very very uncommon and excellent performance(Not just 2 tons).

No chance for ashraful and nafees,we need to find more young superstars for future and backup of shakib,tamim,mahmudullah,mushi.
