The MRT Line-6 is an elevated Metro Rail system to be implemented in Dhaka, under a fast track priority initiative of the Government of Bangladesh.

MRT Line-6 is a part of the 20 year long Strategic Transport Plan (STP) chalked out by the Government’s Transport Coordination Authority (DTCA).

Once implemented, the MRT Line-6 will run from Uttara to Motijheel serving 16 stations along the way.

PROJECT DURATION: JULY 2012 - JUNE 2024

They are taking these much time to finish (i doubt) MRT project of one area then how come they will be able to cover full DHAKA let alone whole BANGLADESH.

Don't know why this topic does not interest you guys. Is it a useless topic to talk? Do you really think MRT will have great impact on your daily lives? Will it be useful for us? or Will it be treated just like normal train?

At the speed that the work is going on around mirpur 11 im sure it will happen

MRT LINE-6 is one of the mega project under this goverment and it will create great impact in our daily life style though now everybody facing great trouble but for good outcome sometimes people have to face trouble and yes it will definately start in 2022
