Can any users tell me about the service quality of BAS internet in Mirpur-12 area? Do they have any internet outage? How good is their customer support?
Thanks in advance.

I live in Mirpur 1, near ansar camp area. I use it. TBH, it's nothing compared to other areas, but a good option if you're in Mirpur. However, it is better than the local competetors, Bandhan and Angel Drop (they are pure garbage). It's 4am and my 10MBPS (five hundred taka) line shows 84MBps up & 94MBps down at Speedtest by Okla. Can't say I believe this test though. Anyway, they have the policy to take payment through Bkash (without charge) within the 15th day of a month.  They will sell you the ONU device for I think (500tk or 1k), I think. They have a hotline service number if you have any problem in your connection. I don't use their FTP server, can't say anything.

Did you face any connection problems? Is there any connection outage?

I used to be a customer of BAS Network. I used their service for 2 years+ and used GAMESTER (40Mbps - 1200tk/month) package. They charged me about 2000tk for connection and 500 taka deposit for ONU but when I disconnected their connection they told me that ONU change is not refundable! Their speed is as they said and you'll get upto 500mbps BDIX speed (You will have to buy a router which supports Gigabyte Speed, such as TP-Link Archer C64 or Archer C6). I switched because I was not getting enough BDIX upload speed even though I was a real IP user.
Speed test result of BAS Network

I switched to Inspire Broadband recently. I am using Speed (50Mbps - 12000tk/year) I paid them for a year at once so for 12k I got free internet connection and for ONU I had to deposit 500tk [Total 12500tk]. (I hope they will give it back unlike BAS Network). Or you can pay 1200tk per month for this package. In the later case you'll have to pay 1500tk connection charge + 500 ONU deposit. I am getting BDIX speed of about 1Gbps and raw speed is 48-50mbps.

Here is the speed test I took a few days ago  (Inspire Broadband)

A sample of BDIX speed fully being used (Inspire Broadband)
(Click this image for full view)
(I was getting about 100-110MB/s download speed so it took me 1 minute to download 5GB file)

You can use Bkash or Nagad to pay both of the ISPs.

You have to get a Gigabyte Router to get more than 100mbps BDIX Speed. So get a decent router! I would suggest TP Link Archer C64 and I'm currently using TP Link Archer C6 V3.20 EU (3200tk)

Customer Support Review (BAS Network): The only thing they say is "Router restart den." If you get disconnected due to connection cut they will not receive your call. But the connection will be fixed after 2 or 3 hour at most. In those 2+ years the longest time I was disconnected was about 10 hours.

Customer Support Review (Inspire Broadband): They are very polite! They also have a discord channel. So, if you face any problem you can complain there and get live support and if a wire gets cut somewhere you'll get a ping on discord. They will receive call any time you face a problem. The only hassle is that if you call them you have to spam 0 a lot to get connected to their customer care representative.
