My torrents are not seeding properly for two days. Usually I used to get 5-7MBps upload speed but since yesterday I'm barely getting 1MBps torrent speed.  So I had my doubt and check my port. I found that my port is close. I called my ISP and asked about it. They denied it and said that they didn't change anything of my connection. I asked them to state the reason why I'm having this problem then. They said that they didn't know anything about it and rather I should check my devices. I don't know what to check of my devices, everything seems okay. I changed the port in my client and tested it, checked router is forwarding the port properly or not and tried different port checking tool. Is there anything I can do to solve this issue?
I did everything to my knowledge and started doubting about my ISP. But I can't blame them until I'm fully sure.

Did you update your torrent's tracker? :3 (Jokes Apart) You rather talk your ISP again and You can say for check your connection individually. As far as you did everything for got the previous speed,it should be okay then.  Sometimes real IP have port issues. I saw many people who are using real IP but can not get the speed that they want. So better to have a conversation with them

I asked them to send a man with whom I can talk to personally. They just said it wouldn't help me either and rather check my devices, may be I have some configuration issues there. I was using a real IP before, if they made it shared IP at some stage they could have just told me but instead they are just avoiding it everytime I asked them. My IP is still same as before so I'm unable to figure it out whether they made it shared or not. I'm assuming that since my torrent client uses high bandwidth, they just blocked my port and denying it.

Well. Then "Problem from ISP" is a clear cut winner and you already know everything about their work. You do check your IP at  https://canyouseeme.org/ if they have changed your public IP to shared IP or not. If there are no other options then switch the ISP

I did check there along with some other sites.
The problem is I live outside Dhaka & where I live only one ISP can provide me a connection as far as I know. I was content with their service, even I haven't report a single issue for the last ¾ months. Although I've used several ISP in Dhaka but this was my best ISP experience until now. I don't know why suddenly they are dishonest with me now. As switching ISP is not an option for me, I guess I have to take whatever they are providing me. Thanks for your feedback though.
