I asked them to send a man with whom I can talk to personally. They just said it wouldn't help me either and rather check my devices, may be I have some configuration issues there. I was using a real IP before, if they made it shared IP at some stage they could have just told me but instead they are just avoiding it everytime I asked them. My IP is still same as before so I'm unable to figure it out whether they made it shared or not. I'm assuming that since my torrent client uses high bandwidth, they just blocked my port and denying it.
